Every JanoSpot Lite 2 is assembled, tuned, and tested in-house so you can deploy it with confidence. Pair the hotspot with your DMR, YSF, D-Star, or NXDN handheld and you’ll be routed into the worldwide digital voice networks from wherever you have Wi-Fi. Each unit ships with Pi-Star partially configured—DMR enabled, OLED display tuned, and Wi-Fi ready to finish in a few guided steps.

Warranty Period: 12 months from purchase. Register within 30 days.

Warranty Seal: Warranty is void if the seal is broken, removed, or tampered with.

Exclusions include:

  • Normal wear or cosmetic damage
  • Incorrect installation, modification, or unauthorized repair
  • Damage from misuse, power issues, liquids, or environment
  • Data corruption/loss on the SD card
  • Devices altered or used beyond intended purpose

For claims, email helpdesk@janospot.co.uk with serial number and proof of purchase. Devices may need to be returned for inspection. Claims for devices with broken seals/misuse may be declined.
